Sunday Women’s Gestalt Deeper Connection Group

This group is open to those who have been to one of my workshops or Thursday nights.
My intention for this group and time is connection to ourselves, to look within, becoming aware of the patterns that keep us stuck and struggling. We will witness each other as we use the principles of Gestalt to follow the energy and look at the defenses that we each have that are keeping us stuck. We will interact with the horses, look at our first families, our relationships, our addictions and free ourselves from some limiting beliefs. Come share from your heart and truly be heard. Feel the benefit of truly listening to another. This is the stuff that fills the soul. |
